I am an artist and designer and while I continue to practice interior design my primary emphasis is on abstract painting and portraiture. These disciplines naturally inform one another and to illustrate this I have included examples of both on this website.

My early training under practicing artists focused on the exploration of two-dimensional form, through colour and line, a perspective that later expanded into the architectural and spatial explorations of my interior design studies.

My work is influenced by the reciprocal influence of these different creative disciplines with the added aim of achieving for a sense of spontaneity and harmony through mark-making, colour juxtaposition and ongoing experimentation.
